Another Motorola Leak Reveals Removable Backplate For Droid MAXX 2.

As the impending launch of the Verizon-bound Motorola Droid MAXX 2 smartphone draws nearer, the veil of mystery surrounding the handset seems to be lifting thanks to innumerable leaks.NEW YORK, NY – SEPTEMBER 05: A person walks by a Motorola sign at the launch of three new Motorola smartphones under its Razr brand that will become available for Verizon customers on September 5, 2012 in New York City. Motorola Mobility was acquired by Google in August of 2011. (Photo : Spencer Platt/Getty Images) Leaks about the Droid Turbo 2 recently surfaced, suggesting that the upcoming smartphone will have a shatterproof screen and Moto Maker. We still have no idea how Motorola has managed to accomplish this, or exactly which materials have made the latest Droid’s display so durable. (Perhaps we’ll see a return to plastic?) Both companies must be pretty confident of the phone’s toughness if they’re willing to make “shatterproof” an actual selling point.

The help files showed the process of removing the backplate and it is presumed, that one will be able to gain access to the SIM card slot after its removal. Both phones have been rumored on countless occasions over the past couple of months, but we now know exclusive details about each, including some launch promos that Verizon plans to introduce alongside each phone. And it’ll definitely be fascinating to hear the story on this “shatterproof” screen, so keep it locked on The Verge as we get closer to the Droid event later this month. The shatterproof screen will be Verizon’s version of the P-OLED display panel that can tolerate cracks better compared to conventional tempered glass.

On a related note, Verizon even plans to tie the shatterproof design into a promo where they will let you trade in a phone, even one with a cracked display, for up to $300 towards your new Turbo 2 (in the form of an account credit or gift card). Like with the Moto X Pure Edition, the Turbo 2 will have countless combinations of custom options, including leather and ballistic nylon, which was an exclusive to last year’s Turbo and a favorite texture. With lots of sizes available for every fit and fab girl out there, this hot and daring cutout one-piece halter swimsuit is made from 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex.

Designed to highlight your curves and show off your flawless skin, this sexy cut-out design monokini has an adjustable halter-style tied top, lightly padded cups for added coverage, and poly-spandex blend — all breathable and comfortable. Jeurika also included in her review that she loved the color and the fit of the bathing suit. “I am somewhat heavy 5’2 and weigh 145,” she explained but knew she still looked sexy. This set is a two-piece bandage-style mesh bikini set with triangle-shaped bra top with mesh inset — stretch fit bottom with double strap waistband design.
