DROID Turbo 2 to Have Moto Maker, ‘Shatterproof’ Display? [Release Date, Specs, Features & Rumors].

NEW YORK, NY – SEPTEMBER 05: A person walks by a Motorola sign at the launch of three new Motorola smartphones under its Razr brand that will become available for Verizon customers on September 5, 2012 in New York City. The site discovered that the Droid Maxx 2 (Verizon) is among the listed devices which are optimized for Android screen mirroring, based on the Google’s help files for the Chromecast.

Apparently, all that is left to do now is wait and see if Verizon corroborates the latter statement and if DROID Turbo gizmos will indeed receive the upgrade and more importantly when will they receive it? Motorola Mobility was acquired by Google in August of 2011. (Photo : Spencer Platt/Getty Images) Leaks about the Droid Turbo 2 recently surfaced, suggesting that the upcoming smartphone will have a shatterproof screen and Moto Maker.

We still have no idea how Motorola has managed to accomplish this, or exactly which materials have made the latest Droid’s display so durable. (Perhaps we’ll see a return to plastic?) Both companies must be pretty confident of the phone’s toughness if they’re willing to make “shatterproof” an actual selling point. Instead of having to settle for the black and red flavors and those alone, Moto Maker should allow a much wider range of design customization options.

Both phones will be highlighted with a trade-in program offering up to $300 for a used phone (remember that Verizon recently nixed its phone subsidies). Users will get to enjoy a different type of control when it comes to Apps Permissions, discover the new Google Now functionality plus the neat Doze element. Even though, many rumors in the past have given umpteen configuration related information, the leaked pamphlet picked up by Droid Life provides key details about the phones. As for the app drawer, which will also roll out with the Android M upgrade, this will show you some of your most used applications and as always we have saved the best for last: the fingerprint scanner.

And it’ll definitely be fascinating to hear the story on this “shatterproof” screen, so keep it locked on The Verge as we get closer to the Droid event later this month. The shatterproof screen will be Verizon’s version of the P-OLED display panel that can tolerate cracks better compared to conventional tempered glass.

To top it all off, Motorola is planning to offer a promo deal via Moto Maker, where the company will let the buyer to “refresh the outer design” one more time, in case a 64 GB variant was purchased. With lots of sizes available for every fit and fab girl out there, this hot and daring cutout one-piece halter swimsuit is made from 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. Designed to highlight your curves and show off your flawless skin, this sexy cut-out design monokini has an adjustable halter-style tied top, lightly padded cups for added coverage, and poly-spandex blend — all breathable and comfortable. Jeurika also included in her review that she loved the color and the fit of the bathing suit. “I am somewhat heavy 5’2 and weigh 145,” she explained but knew she still looked sexy.

This set is a two-piece bandage-style mesh bikini set with triangle-shaped bra top with mesh inset — stretch fit bottom with double strap waistband design.
