Ahead of Google’s September 29 event in San Francisco where it may launch two new phones – Nexus 5X from LG and Nexus 6P made by Huawei – Android Police has got us a “sneak peak” into the devices.

The photographs show Google is using a very modern box art for both the phones with background images that are very similar to default wallpapers from Android Marshmallow. If you’ll recall, these are the rumored LG (5X) and Huawei (6P) devices that Google will introduce at its Android-flavored breakfast meeting one week from today. Of course, most of our speculation is about what else might be there (new Chromecast?), but this peek can help you get an idea of how the eventual unboxing process will begin. According to an earlier report by Android Police, citing a “reliable source,” LG’s upcoming Nexus 5X will sport a Snapdragon 808 processor, a 5.2-inch 1080p display, 3 GB of RAM, a 2700 mAh battery, support for USB-C, a 12.3-megapixel main camera sensor, and a 5-megapixel front camera.

Details on the Huawei Nexus 6P have been more scarce, with one leak by Evan Blass suggesting the phone will have a 5.7-inch QHD display with a “metal body”, along with a Snapdragon 820 system-on-a-chip, a fingerprint reader, and a ship timeline for Q4. A day after an internal inquiry report into the June 19 flooding revealed a nexus between civic officials and contactors, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has decided to widen the scope of the probe to bring all 32 contractors under the scanner. More details about LG’s upcoming 2015 Nexus 5 phone have leaked, thanks to leading Android blog Android Police, and this time, they confirm a bunch of things about the phone that will supposedly launch later this month: the specs and the addition of a USB-C charging port. The Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act (PCPNDT) fears have given rise to ‘cheats’ who don’t conduct a sex test but stage-manage a show through agents to mint money, health department officials said on Sunday. You’ll get to keep your current user name (as long as it doesn’t contain invalid characters, in which case you’ll have to go through a few extra steps to make the transfer), and all your old comments will eventually (not immediately) migrate with you.

The multi-crore octroi evasion racket being probed by Sewri police involves underworld gangsters such as Chhota Rajan, Arun Gawli and Ashwin Naik, who operate under the umbrella of top Mumbai politicians from various parties, according to police sources. The Uttar Pradesh health and family welfare department would have one believe that 60-year-old Nankai gave birth to five children in a year, pocketing Rs 1,400 under a maternity welfare scheme each time. It was a Google’s cheap smartphone line for “the next five billion.” It launched in India last year and quickly expanded to more countries, but somewhere along the way, it lost steam.
