Microsoft Gives First Look At Windows 10 On Xbox One Experience.

The Xbox Beta app program gives Xbox lovers an opportunity to provide early inputs on features and enhancements coming to the gaming app on the latest software.

As we get closer to it’s launch, we’re hearing more and more about what the new dashboard, dubbbed the Xbox Experience is going to offer once it’s launched.Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has now officially announced the release date of the $150 Xbox One Elite Controller, which will hit stores October 27.

These improvements come as the company prepares to launch a massive reworking of the Xbox One interface in November — although it is testing that update now with a select few fans. We know that Microsoft regularly sends out updates for the Xbox consoles and apps but it’s interesting that Microsoft also accepts feedback for the website.

Microsoft’s barrage of preview and beta releases tie in with the company’s renewed efforts to not only keep gamers abreast of changes but also solicit feedback, some of which eventually end up in the next previews. The upcoming Xbox One controller, which can also be used on PC, is twice as expensive as the regular controller that comes with the consoles and are seen in stores. One of the things that might surprise some people is that this display really doesn’t have anything in common with the Windows 10 display, other than a flat tile look that was already present in the previous Xbox One dashboard.

One feature that has recently been added and that users have been requesting is support for listening to voice messages within the messages section from a user’s Xbox Live account. These Xbox One games are better looking than their Xbox 360 counterparts, with new play mechanics and features that weren’t possible on Microsoft’s old hardware. It now features the Guide, letting players see certain things at a glance, like their friends list, party management and more, by double-tapping the Xbox button.

Still, has detailed a number of the tweaks and changes that come with the dashboard and there are quite a few, starting with a major overhaul of the UX. The dash itself has a new guide bar that pops out from the left hand side of the screen and the navigation has been revamped in particular to separate out the store into tabs for Games, Apps, Movies & TV and Music. The company has a feedback site where gamers can suggest ideas for improving Xbox One and Xbox App for Windows 10, and that page also includes a section where players can share their ideas for the website.
