Microsoft’s new Lumia may actually cost the same as an iPhone 6S

Microsoft Lumia 965 design with specs list and Windows 11.

Microsoft is preparing for its first phone release in over six months, but it’s not going to come cheap: a new pricing leak suggests the Lumia 950 XL will be the same price as the iPhone 6S in Europe.

Considering the state of Windows Phone right now, it’s interesting that Microsoft believes it can keep its phones priced at the same point as Apple’s latest flagship. While some may be disappointed that it’s not actually in production, we often enjoy looking at concept designs as they can spark our imagination for what could be coming further down the line. It’s appealing to look at and we really like the different metallic-looking color options on offer in gold, green, orange (looks red to us), or silver. They include a 2GHz octa-core processor, a 5.5-inch Edge display with Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440, 3GB of RAM, and internal storage models of up to 128GB (non-expandable via microSD).

Here you can write a commentary on the recording "Microsoft’s new Lumia may actually cost the same as an iPhone 6S".
