Moto 360: A watch ahead of time.

Motorola has launched the Moto 360 2nd gen smartwatch in India starting at Rs.19,999 and will be available exclusively via Flipkart and Myntra from today at 7.30 PM. The latest product from Motorola streamlines your mobile life by giving you the information that matters, adding more time and value to the things you love to do. Interestingly, for the first time two exclusive variants are being launched for women — a distinctive rose gold with blush leather and natural metal.

Other changes on the new 2015 Moto 360 include the button being shifted to the 2 o’clock position, while colour options now include gold, shiny chrome and metallic black finishes. Other Moto customisations include Live Dials, a feature that gets you quick access to apps directly from the watch face much like the complications feature on the Apple Watch. The second generation model is aimed at improving upon the previous one incorporating a new design which facilitates changing bands, a repositioned crown to prevent accidental presses and higher resolution display. The watch is laced with a faster Snapdragon 400 processor, and a bigger battery, giving two days of usage on the 46mm model and a day and a half on the 42mm model. It not only keeps a track of the number of steps you take in a day or how many calories you burn but its accurate sensors also give you an insight to your heart rate.
