Alleged Microsoft Lumia 550 render leaks, shows four different color options.

The first official render of the upcoming entry-level Microsoft Lumia 550 smartphone have been leaked online, revealing the four different color options that will be offered with the handset. If a new report is to be believed, Microsoft will launch its flagship smartphones, the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL with Windows 10 Mobile Threshold 1, and will receive Threshold 2 along with the remaining Windows Phone devices when it is launched in November.Everyone’s expecting Microsoft’s new Lumia flagships, which are projected to see daylight for the first time on October 6, but in the meantime, the software giant’s working on more devices that would complete its overhauled phone lineup.

Microsoft hasn’t provided any kind of details about these two phones, but we already know part of their features and what they are expected to look like, and thanks to a Spanish retailer, we also get the very first look at the official pricing. First and foremost, it’s worth mentioning that these photos show a lineup of four different colors, namely red, black, white, and blue, similar to the previous Lumia models launched by Microsoft or Nokia. In terms of specs, the Lumia 550 is expected to feature a 4.7-inch 720 x 1280 HD resolution AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 quad-core SoC clocked at 1.1GHz, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage with a microSD card slot for further expansion, LTE connectivity, and a selfie camera with an accompanying LED flash. Microsoft has promised that it will keep the general form factor and charging mechanism the same for the Surface Pro 4, largely for businesses that have already invested in things like charging stations.

The current model looks like the tag device you are giving when you have been in trouble with the police, and so it was clear a design change was needed. These are the prices for the entry-level iPhone models and it’s also worth noting that Microsoft is believed to be planning a €200 accessory pack that would be shipped with every device.
